15-Minute HIIT Challenge #25DaysofMFit

It's Day 22 of the #25DaysofMFit and we are in the final few days of the workout challenge. These last few days are going to be tough and I am going to throw everything at you. Over the past 21 days you have lifted weights, performed intense cardio, strengthened the core and stretched everything out. Now is where all of those things come together.

Today we are doing a HIIT workout and this HIIT workout is one of the most intense of the whole challenge. Before I scare you away, I will note that I will give you plenty of modifications to follow during the video if you need. But if you don't modify, this workout gets a little crazy! You don't need any equipment for this one... just a little will power.

Do 30 seconds on / 30 seconds off of the following exercises:

1. High Knees
2. Walking Burpee
3. High Knees
4. Regular Burpee
5. High Knees
6. Push-up Burpee
7. High Knees
8. Push-up Burpee Tuck Jump

Do 30 seconds of each ab exercises, no rest
1. Regular Crunches
2. Tabletop Crunches
3. Legs Up Crunches
4. Right Arm Reach Crunches
5. Left Arm Reach Crunches
