It is finally Day 1 of the #25DaysofMFit, and I hope you are as excited as I am. The next 25 days are going to be crazy. I have put together a workout program that will help you gain muscle, lose weight, and feel confident during the holiday season.
During the holiday season, people typically put on between 1-10lbs. This may not sound like a lot to some of you, but if you put on that weight year after year - before you know it you will be at an unhealthy, and potentially dangerous, weight. This year we are stopping the trend. Us MFitters will be working hard all through the month of December.
I wanted to start today off with an instructional video. The next 24 workouts are going to be very tough and more advanced than some of you may be ready for. So today we are talking about how to modify any workout. I will be the first to admit, that the MFit workouts can be pretty tough. But they are also structured in a way so ANYONE can do them.
These workouts will be fast-paced (we have a lot to get done in 15-minutes each day), so as long as you are keeping with the workout structure, you can modify the exercises in any way.
Some points to take away from the video are:
1. If a jumping exercise feels to advanced - take out the jump
2. If an exercise is too challenging or painful - change it completely
3. If an exercise is complicated - simplify it
4. If incorporating weights is too advanced - get rid of the weights
