100 Lunges Challenge

Today we are doing 100 lunges!! We will go through 10 different lunge variations, and do 10 reps of each one. Of course we have to do 10 per leg (maybe I should have called it the 200 squat challenge?) Add weight for the extra challenge if you feel ready for that.  And as always, pay attention to form!
