When I Say Jump… Leg Workout #25DaysofMFit

It is Day 13 of the #25DaysofMFit... And I have another leg workout for you. This one is a little different, but I am sure all of you MFitters will like it.

Here is the concept for today's workout: every two minutes JUMP! I know that sounds terrible (and it kind of is) but I promise it will be fun. Today we are doing a leg circuit, and we will go through that circuit as many times as possible in 15-minutes. But here is the catch, every 2-minutes an alarm will go off and we will do squat jumps for 30-seconds. This is will get your heart rate up and make your legs burn even more! Once that 30-seconds is over we will go back to that circuit and start where we left off before all the jumping.

This is a great workout to do with a group because even if you all are working out at a different pace, you will still struggle through those squat jumps together. So grab some friends for this one and really push each other to work hard. This workout is great for the booty, so if you are low on inspiration think of your dream butt!

If you prefer to do this workout without a video... the exercises are listed below:

If you are doing this on your own you will need to set an alarm to go off every 2-minutes, and then 30-seconds after that 2-minutes to help keep time. If that sounds complicated just have the video playing in the background for your timer.

Do the following circuit as many times as you can in 15-minutes. Every two minutes stop what you are doing and do squat jumps for 30-seconds. Once that 30-seconds is up, get back to the circuit.

1. Side to side squat (10 reps)
2. Back lunge - side squat (5 reps each leg)
3. Stiff leg deadlift (10 reps)
4. Get-ups (5 reps each leg + 30 pulses on last rep)

Be sure to SHARE this workouts with your friends and give everyone the gift of health this year.
