#Burnuary 16-Minute Tabata HIIT Workout

Happy February, or as I will be calling it: Burnuary. This month I am going to be sharing lots of cardio workouts with you! And we are starting with a Tabata style HIIT workout. I have 4 different Tabata's for you and each will help you build muscle and burn fat!

Take modifications if you need to! This workout is meant to help you, not hurt you!
