Here we go again -- This is the third workout of this kind I've posted. I have 8 exercises for you that will attack every part of your body! We will cycle through the circuit twice. This workout has all new exercises to help sculpt and tone every one of your muscles! You need some dumbbells and either a stability ball or a pillow for this workout.

As always, take modifications when necessary - this is your workout, so you should go at your fitness level.
