Ab Challenge: Reverse Ladder

This week I've got a challenge for you! This workout will really work your core (as well as your shoulders). We will be doing two ab exercises the whole time. One of the exercises we will reduce reps each time we do it, and we will be adding reps to the other exercise each round.  The first exercise is a sliding plank and the second exercise is an alternating side plank.  Pairing these two exercises is great because one focuses on the entire core while the other really works the obliques. Do this workout at your own pace! Pair it with some of my other videos! Remember - strength training (like this workout) + cardio + clean diet = hot body. You need all three! Good luck!
