30-Minute At-Home Fat Burn (No Equipment)

Are you stuck at home without any equipment? Are you traveling and don’t have much space and time to devote to working out? Do you live in a dorm room with limited space and weights? Well I got you covered!

This 30-minute workout does not require ANY equipment. The complex exercises and fast pace of the workout will get your heart up and help you sculpt lean muscle.

A. Do the following circuit twice: 40 seconds on – 20 seconds off each exercise (10-minutes)

1. Squat and reach with calf raise
2. Walk down into alternating lunges
3. Push-ups
4. Plie squat hold with chest pulses
5. Tap back knee

B. Do the following circuit twice: 40 seconds on – 20 seconds off each exercise (10-minutes)

1. Sumo squat walk backwards – Bunny hop forward
2. Runners lunge knee (right)
3. Runners lunge knee (left)
4. Tabletop crunches
5. Commando plank

C. Do each exercises three times: 20 seconds on – 40 seconds off (3-minutes each exercise)

1. High knees
2. Tuck jump
