High-Low Circuit Workout

Here's a new style of workout for my site. This workout pairs two circuits together. The first circuit will be quick and get your heart rate up, while the second circuit will be slow (brutally slow) so you can really feel the burn in your muscles. Grab some dumbbells and let's do this!

As always, take modifications when necessary - this is your workout, so you should go at your fitness level.
