Bikini Bootcamp: HIIT

This is Part One of MFit's Bikini Bootcamp! Over the next 2 months I am going to be posting challenging workouts to help get you your perfect bikini body.

Today we are doing fat burning cardio. Do this workout once or twice through and pair it with all of the upcoming Bikini Bootcamp workouts.
