Birthday.

Today is my birthday! I wasn’t going to make a blog post today but after a BUTI Yoga session this morning, I felt I had to. I will post the playlist I used this morning for you to all use as inspiration for your workouts this week!

In my cool down and shavasana I really took some time to evaluate what this past year has been like. And it’s been a whirlwind of one…

This year had a lot of ups and downs. I had some of the best days of my life and some of the worst. But the most consistent thing in my life this year was fitness and this blog. I started MFit this year and began posting regularly on this site. It was the start of something great. I love sharing my fitness knowledge with all of you, and I hope you’ve enjoyed the ride thus far. Don’t worry I’m not going anywhere. Let me know where you guys want to see this blog go in the future. What do you want to see more of? I’m another year wiser and will keep growing so I can help you all grow. We are in this together!
