Day 6: Strong Back Workout #12daysoffitness

Half way through the 12 days of fitness already! This is your day 6 workout and today we are working on your BACK. I think that a nice sculpted, strong back is so sexy.. so today we are going to work on getting you one.  This will work your entire back starting from the back of your shoulders all the way down to your lower back! I use a pair of dumbbells for this workout, but if you don't have any equipment or are a beginner - you can do this workout without weights!
