Welcome to day 5 of your 12 days of fitness! Today I wanted to show you some of the best stretches you can do for your entire body.  Do these stretches after your workouts and on your rest days. Stretching is so important because it helps realign your body and prevent injuries.  Just like how some muscles are weaker than others, some are also tighter. You need to stretch out those tight muscles to give your weak muscles a chance to get stronger!
