Complete the following circuit 6x for a 30 minutes workout.
Do each exercise for 1-minute.

1. Brisk walk without incline (2.5 - 4.0 speed)

2. Brisk walk at 9 incline (2.5 - 4.0 speed)

3. Brisk walk at 15 incline (keep speed the same for 1-3)

4. Walking lunges at 15 incline (< 1.0 speed)

5. Walk Backwards at 15 incline (< 1.5 speed)
