Hi, I'm Molly.

I am a Los Angeles based fitness trainer. I am an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor. I come from a diverse background of exercise including weight lifting, high intensity interval training (HIIT), and dance. I specialize in weight loss, strength training, and corrective exercise. On this site you will see that I offer both online and in-person training for individuals and groups. I have helped many people reach their goals, which you can see from the testimonials on this site.

In 2013 I created MFit to help people of all shapes and sizes get fit. I am motivated by my clients and want to help as many people as possible make positive changes in their lives. Check out my blog for some free tips on how to live your healthiest life.
