15-Minute HIIT Ladder #25DaysofMFit

Welcome to Day 1 of the #25DaysofMFit! Over the next 25 days I am going to post 25 short and effective workout videos. All of these workouts will be under 20 minutes. I know how busy everyone is this time of year, but I also know that everyone has 20 minutes to workout. This challenge will keep you moving and keep you fit over the holiday season.

We will do everything from strength training to yoga to HIIT. And today we are starting with a HIIT workout. This 15-minute workout will help boost your metabolism and burn fat! Feel free to modify the exercises as needed. You can really do any exercises you want as long as you keep the pace of the workout I have created.

Do four rounds of the following circuit with 15 seconds of rest in between rounds.
First round: 60 seconds per exercise
Second round: 45 seconds per exercise
Third round: 30 seconds per exercise
Fourth round: 15 seconds per exercise

No rest between exercises.

2. Lunge Kick - Jump Lunge
3. Squat Jack Reaches
4. Twisting Elbow Reaches
