Top 10 Medicine Ball Exercises For Fat Loss

The medicine ball is an awesome piece of equipment that can help you tone your entire body AND burn fat. Today I wanted to share with you 10 of my favorite medicine ball exercises. All of these exercises help build muscle and burn fat, especially around the midsection.

In the video below you will see all 10 exercises demonstrated. I recommend doing these exercises as a circuit. Try doing 30 seconds of each exercise. Then rest for 30 seconds before doing the next movement. Do this for 30-40 minutes (3-4 rounds through circuit)!
