Total Body EMOM Workout #25DaysofMFit

It is Day 21 of the #25DaysofMFit and I have been so excited to share this video with you all, because it is one of my favorites!

This is another Every Minute On The Minute or Finish The Minute workout. You did this style of workout a couple weeks ago, but let me refresh your memory. I will set a timer for 1-minute and then we will do 10 reps of a certain exercise. It won’t take the full minute to do those 10 reps, so we will finish out the rest of the minute doing cardio before going back into set number two. It’s weight lifting with absolutely no rest. Perfect for the MFit channel!

This video is one of my favorites because I absolutely love the exercises that are in it! I have shown you lots of new exercises over the #25DaysofMFit. You can see I love creating complex movements that engage multiple muscle groups. And you will see many exercises like that in today’s video! Performing total body exercises like these will help tone and shape your body in a whole different way!

Let’s take a look at these exercises:


Do 4 sets, 4-minutes, of the following EMOM:

Back lunge single arm bicep curl (10 reps) + Finish the minute with traveling high knees

(30-seconds of rest)

Do shoulder tap push-ups for 1-minute (as many reps as possible)

(30-seconds of rest)

Do 3 sets, 3-minutes, of the following EMOM:

Squat alternating front raise (10 reps) + Finish the minute with jack presses

(30-seconds of rest)

Do shoulder tap push-ups for 1-minute (as many reps as possible)

(30-seconds of rest)

Do 2 sets, 2-minutes, of the following EMOM:

Lunge punch (10 reps) + Finish the minute with quick feet
