How to build a booty (at home)

Don’t let anyone tell you that having a butt is all genetics … It’s not! You just have to work hard and lift HEAVY! You can do this workout at home and it will do wonders for your booty. But, if you bring it to the gym and use heavier weights you might see even more progress.

As always, only lift the weights you can handle… build up to something heavier. Be safe!!
