Day 2: Jingle Bell Arms Workout #12daysoffitness

I hope you all liked your day 1 workout yesterday. Today we are switching it up completely and doing an upper body workout. This is your "jingle bell arms" workout, and you will need one dumbbell. If you don't have a dumbbell that is okay; you don't need to use any weights to get a good workout in - just create the resistance yourself by tensing up your muscles. Keep working hard guys!
